Overview
What seeds are yours to plant in a time of unraveling? How do you tend to your inner garden to cultivate new blooms? What resources support your inner storehouse when the well runs dry?
This immersive retreat explores these questions through a nature-based, expressive arts approach. Grounded in the Wild Mind Model by Bill Plotkin, the program integrates mind, body, spirit, and soul, re-centering the human experience within the interconnected living world. Through deep imagery, dreamwork, and guided wanders on the land, you will explore your facets of wholeness, connect with inner protectors, and develop sustainable practices for wholing and self-healing.
The Land
RoadRunner Coyote Retreat (RRCR) is a 40-acre tract southwest of the town of Coyote (koh-yoh-teh /ko'ʝote/), New Mexico, nestled in the Pinion and Juniper woodlands at the base of Loma Coyote. Scott Godlew serves as Inn Keeper and Caretaker of the land, welcoming guests to an immersive experience in nature with ample privacy and gentle seclusion. RRCR is adjacent to State of New Mexico land, with additional accessible 40-acre tracts to the east and west, providing expansive space for retreat experiences and connection with the land.
The retreat is set back from State Road 96, a lightly traveled highway, allowing visitors to enter a quiet, undisturbed natural environment where they may encounter Juniper, Pinion, Mule Deer, Coyote, Hawk, and other beings of the land.
